SME stands for Subject Matter Expert. SMEs [L6] Demonstrate unrivaled expertise and an obvious desire to improve beyond existing practices and established quality standards. SMEs [L6] will be given a certain level of authority to enhance STEAM's existing quality standards, and given the burden to assist in improving our processes and procedures to ensure those new standards.
The only limits to the heightening of these standards are the need for consistency (no matter which STEAM member is scheduled), whether the training is reasonable for Certification [L5], and whether the financial costs are acceptable to accomplish the newly increased standards.
- Receives access to STEAM Coffee & Snack Bar when scheduled.
- Receives a STEAM Training Hub account and access to the training library.
- Receives a Planning Center account and starts to be scheduled for events/services.
- Receives a STEAM Polo or Jersey, when available.
- Receives priority on opportunities to work paid events representing Suncoast STEAM.
- Receives access codes to secure STEAM doors where required (Tech Closet and Tech Deck).
- Receives special rewards according to specific Role.
