STEAM's most important goals are flexibility, reliability & quality of service, and maintaining a strong volunteer base. We have huge responsibilities to be performed with very limited resources. Intelligent processes and efficient workflows are required for success, in addition to advanced information and planning. This is why we put a lot of energy and thought into these sections outlined here.
We acknowledge that some of these procedures are hyper strict and specific, but that is absolutely necessary with our stretched resources. If the reasons behind these procedures are not abundantly obvious, please let us know.
