[Leadership] The STEAM [R10q] Quality Assurance "QA" Manager is a position that floats around all the various STEAM Roles during an event and verifies things are being done according to the training, processes, and checklists. The Manager will also provide training before those events, if needed. Fills in gaps when no one else is available. Recruits new volunteers and is responsible for preventing volunteer burnout!
